Mortgage Collector

Collector - Position will be responsible for collecting on accounts and assisting customers in resolving their delinquency problems. Additional duties will include answering inbound calls, account reviews from assigned lists, and assisting the support of letter generation.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills; collection experience helpful. Inbound/Outbound phone experience is preferred, along with ability to type 30 wpm. Other preferred attributes are organizational and time management skills, promptness, inquisitiveness and logical decision making. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
