13-week course in Mortgage Finance, our Corporate Trainer, Team Leaders and individual mentors all work together to guide your learning and to provide support.  Your training will encompass all the technical, industry and sales knowledge necessary for you to excel in your new career. 

 

Our Investment in You The Mortgage Doctor invests an average of $14,500 to develop each new Mortgage Specialist into a knowledgeable professional.  In fact, most learn more in their first few months than others in our industry learn in their first few years.
