Moving Services Specialist

We currently have an opening for a Moving Services Specialist to join our Concierge Department in our Corporate Office located in Mission Viejo. This key role is responsible for the management of the Moving Services Program and development of new COD van lines business through Concierge. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

I.  Manage all interstate and intrastate shipping programs

A. Oversee coordination of all corporate and private van lines business

B. Review all estimates and audit invoices for compliance issues

C. Trouble shoot service failures, performance issues and past due invoices

D. Assist with troubleshooting post-move issues for resolution

E.  Manage and coordinate moves on all COD business

 

II. Market Van Lines Program to Coldwell Banker Sales Associates

A. Periodically attend meetings at branch offices to promote all van lines programs

B. Create and provide marketing material/brochures to Sales Associates

C. Attend internal company events to promote van lines business

 

III. Negotiate and Maintain all Van Lines Programs Contracts

A. Conduct annual review of all contracts for all programs

B. Review performance ratings of carriers throughout year for compliance to Coldwell Banker?s service standards

C. Audit invoices to ensure payment is on a timely basis

 

IV. Provide Van Lines Tracking and Reporting

A. Track all revenue by vendor

B. Track sources of all business

C. Maintain van lines database and develop specialized reports on an as needed basis

D. Provide year-end reporting

 

V. Concierge Specialist? will provide assistance to Concierge in the area of vendor recruitment, retention, marketing, and problems on an as needed basis.

 

 

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Dependability, business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive, professional demeanor. Good organizational skills and solid computer knowledge.
