Description:
Responsible for the monitoring & supervising of the Customer Service Department. Ensures that all CSRs give quality customer service. The Customer Service supervisor is responsible for managing a team of 10-15 phone reps taking inbound calls from mortgage customers. Tracks the production & phones stats of CSRs on a daily basis. Direct daily operations of Customer Service Department including assignment of duties and monitoring performance and productivity of customer service processes. Assist department personnel in researching and resolving customer problems and questions. Ensure all complaints are researched and resolved in a timely manner. Provide leadership, support and training to all CSRs. Maintains reports of department statistics to be used in a monthly CSR meeting by senior management. Ensure adherence to corporate policies and required compliance guidelines. Assist the department manager in the day to day operations of the department. Lead and assist with projects necessary to the customer service arena. Shift:
Tuesday thru Saturday
Tues thru Fri 2:30-11:00
Saturday 8-4:30

Qualifications:
The required level of formal education for the Customer Service Supervisor is knowledge normally acquired by completion of two years of college, vocation, or technical school training resulting in an associate's degree or the equivalent. The minimum amount of related work experience in a call-center is three to five years.
