Job Summary:

 

Working with large major National customers in order fulfillment.  Work with External and internal customers to achieve high levels of Service for National Accounts department.

 

Skills and Responsibilities:

 Customer Service: Ensure the highest quality customer service is provided to all internal/external representatives involved with operations pertaining to Labor Ready?s major accounts.

 Mentoring and Training: Assist in providing resolutions to field personnel and major accounts representatives concerning operational problems with major accounts.  Must be able to successfully train and supervise any subordinates that may work with major accounts.

 Financial Performance: Conduct and review all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and operational activities and trends of major accounts within the National Sales and Service to ensure they are within Labor Ready ?s profitability standards.

 Order Fulfillment:  Must be able to handle up to 100 calls per day, from customer and branches.  Coordinator will be taking and placing job orders.  Must do this in a very detailed manner and expediently.  Work with department to insure hold time is less than one minute.

 Follow-up: Must be able to follow up with the customer and branches on difficult situations.  Uses excellent customer service skills to reach a desired resolution for all.

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

?  Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Labpro & Cognos. ACT software.

?  Operate fax machines, copiers, and multi-line phone systems

?  High Level of Customer Service a must

 

Education and/or Experience (Minimum Requirements):

?  High School level or higher

 

Certificates, Licenses/Registrations, or Training:

?  External Sales Training Certification Preferred

?  National Association of Temporary Service preferred.



Work Environment and Physical Demands:

?  National Sales & Service Special Account Coordinator reports directly to the Manager of National Sales & Service.

?  Must have valid driver?s license.

?  Employee is occasionally required to stand, talk, and sit for long periods of time.

?  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
