Next Day Gourmet, a national wholesale distributor of restaurant equipment and supplies, wholly owned subsidiary of US Foodservice and Royal Ahold has an ideal opportunity for a Bilingual English/Spanish speaking Telephone Representative at our Reno, NV office.

 

NATIONAL CALL CENTER TELEPHONE REPRESENTATIVE

Bilingual ? English/Spanish

Receive incoming calls from our English & Spanish speaking customers who are placing equipment and supply orders. Answer product questions, research equipment and supply solutions to present to customers requiring special orders. Being fluent in English & Spanish reading, writing and speaking required.

 

Candidates must have proficient computer experience. Previous call center or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of the food service industry a plus.
