National Director of Customer Service to $110K+

National Consumer Products Company is seeking Director of Customer Service for their Central New Jersey plant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer service / order entry and provide support to a national sales force.

 

Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement initiatives in order to enhance and achieve set objectives in administration, customer service, order entry, sales support and operations

*Create and deliver metrics in order improve efficiency and accuracy of order processing

*Maintain a clear focus on internal/external customer satisfaction, taking prompt action when needed to meet the expectations of our internal/external customers

*Oversee the recruitment, training and development of staff

*Management of multiple locations, 30% travel estimated

 

Required:

*Bachelors Degree

*5 to 7 years consumer products experience utilizing ERP systems, ORACLE is a plus

*3 to 5 years experience in a senior customer service management role; furniture background is helpful

*Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
