We have an excellent opportunity available in our New Stores area! This individual will work from our Minneapolis office to assist major retail accounts in preparing for their new store and remodel openings.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

? Daily communication with corporate personnel

? Creating and maintaining new store templates (orders)

? Interpretation of weekly customer schedules

? Working with purchasing to guarantee product availability

? Generating all required documentation for internal and external distribution

? Generating customer reports

? Updating warehouse shipping schedules

? Scheduling pickup and delivery of products with contracted freight carriers

? Follow up on New Store discrepancies

? Miscellaneous duties assigned

 Qualifications:

 

? 2-3 years customer service experience

? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

? Must be able to communicate at all levels of an organization

? Must be able to work independently as well as in a group setting

? Must be detail oriented

? Excellent communication and organization skills

? Talent for solving problems and meeting deadlines
