Position requires an individual to manage the development of a customer service / order desk environment. The perfect candidate for this opportunity will have extensive customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to perform data entry or word processing using a PC.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. In need of a qualified individual to manage a office / order desk environment.

2. Customer service and telephone etiquette are a must.
3. The right candidate will be computer literate with data entry skills.
4. Capable of resolving customer issues.
5. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be multi-task
oriented.
6. Navigating through computer screens, reading and comprehending various
customer care service tools.
7. Accurately inputting information into various fields using a keyboard.
8. Friendly, eager to assist the customer regardless of the customer?s
disposition
