We currently seek an experienced multitasker, who thrives in a faced-paced environment, to ensure service level goals are met at our Phoenix call management center.

From the CMC Operations Hub, you will:

? Perform real time monitoring of call center performance and resources to ensure goals are met for approximately 1.1 million annual calls
? Assist call center team leaders with such activities as employee scheduling, productivity tracking, work schedule management and activity coordination
? Optimize the utilization of resources using our Workforce Management tool
? Produce NSC reports for internal/external distribution
? Utilize all necessary data and tools to develop optimized staffing plans

The qualified applicant possesses an Associate? degree in Telecommunications and 3-5 years of Operations management experience with proven ability in ACD reporting, forecast development and/or call center management. Excellent collaboration, writing & interpersonal communication skills are vital. The preferred candidate has health care experience, plus knowledge of Access databases and workforce management programs. Proficiency in MS Excel, ACD reports, and forecasting methods/tools are a plus.
