OPERATIONS MANAGER

Excellent opportunity in the Anderson, SC area for an experienced Operations Manager. This position requires STRONG Customer Service skills. Overall responsibilities consist of:

Manages or monitors warehouse, administrative, customer service and sales activities with supervision responsibilities for all associates physically located at the site that they have responsibility for, performing the following duties personally or through delegation to associates.

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years customer service sales and supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PC SKILLS: Degree of competence in the operation of personal computers and any necessary company programs. PC's will be utilized extensively and regular training will be required. Applicable software includes: 1. Spreadsheets 2. Graphics presentations 3. Word Processing 4. Data Bases 5. Lotus Notes 6. Other programs necessary.
