This Position is Responsible For: 

 

?Previous Mortgage experience a plus

? Handling business transactions and offering alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customers? business

? Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research & resolve customer issues

 

Minimum Qualifications include:

 

? You must possess strong communication skills, and customer service skills

? You must have at least 6mo to 1 year(s) of experience in an Outbound call center.

? You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
