Job Responsibilities:

Effectively process a high volume of incoming and outgoing US and other priority mail.
Efficiently process a high volume of incoming and outgoing fax according to instructions.
Accurately complete a high volume of copy jobs according to job ticket instructions.
Efficiently set-up conference rooms including audio/visual equipment, food and beverages as needed.
Communicate on a timely basis with clients and managers on job or deadline issues.
Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
Perform quality check on jobs completed.
Perform other duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of one-year office service experience, preferably in the legal or investment banking industry.
Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Prioritize projects and manage workflow.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills a plus.
