On-Site Customer Account Specialist

Currently, we are seeking an On-Site Customer Account Specialist located in Morris Plains, NJ.
Essential functions include:
? Entering customer orders, price quotes
? Cross reference and source products
? Coordinate returns, backorders, and issue RG numbers
? Handle customer inquiries and problem resolution
? Assistance to the Senior Sales rep with sales duties such as promotions, vendor shows, and identifying sales opportunities for savings through product conversion
? Maintain savings opportunities through spreadsheet and build daily conversions through manual conversions
? Proactive in supporting savings program and product conversions
? Performing other duties as assigned
The qualified candidate will possess:
? Associate or Bachelor degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or similar degree; or experience in the field.
? Data Entry skills
? Detail-oriented
? Team-oriented
? Strong interpersonal, math, written and telecommunication skills
