On-Site Project Coordinator

Checkpoint Systems currently has a position in the San
Bruno, CA area for an On-Site Project Coordinator.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Function as on-site liaison between national account and
Checkpoint Systems
* Coordinate orders with National Account Salesperson for all new
sales orders
* Communicate status updates follow up actions, procedure changes
to account and to Checkpoint
* Contact On Site Rep?s (OSR?s), for all new store, remodel store
and special projects to obtain time line of EAS related
installation needs
* Communicate store needs to Scheduling Coordinator
* Store follow-up to verify site readiness
* Communicate scheduled dates to Project OSR, Contractor
Superintendents, on site Remodel Coordinators
* Maintain current hard file system of all Stores
* Create spreadsheets for tracking of all activities related to
all Cycled and Special projects
* Interface and field calls, providing daily customer service
support for stores and staff to answer questions, order needed
equipment and trouble shoot various EAS issues.
* Provide daily customer service support to Construction,
Contractors and Field personnel as well as Checkpoint
Technicians
* Request Purchase Orders for all projects
* Submit all PO?s and orders to Thorofare for processing

REQUIREMENTS
* Required to work at Store Headquarters, San Fransisco CA
* Must have effective communication skills
* Work well under pressure
* Customer Service experience
* Must be well organized, and able to multi-task various projects
* Effective in tracking updates in a time sensitive environment
* PC skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Lotus
