Exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong customer service background, who is

bi-lingual Spanish and who wants to work in the Human Resources/Recruiting field.

Ablest Inc., a national, publicly traded staffing company, is currently seeking a Point Source Facilitator (On Site Specialist) to work at one of our client locations in Nashville, TN. As a Point Source Facilitator, you will be an employee of Ablest, but work at the client site:
Recruiting qualified candidates for open positions at the client company.
Supervising all temporary associates at the client site.
Processing payroll for all temporary associates at the client site.
Conduct quality reviews with both the client and temporary associates to ensure 100% client and employee satisfaction.
Conduct orientation, assist in training and conduct employee reviews.
Assist the Point Source Manager as needed.

Ideal candidates will have 2 - 5 years experience in Customer Service and / or Recruiting, will have, or will be working towards, their four year degree, will be bi-lingual Spanish and will be able to work flexible hours if needed.
