We will fill this position with an energetic, customer service obsessed person. This person will be an active member of the operations team by taking reservations, dispatching trips, and trouble shooting customer challenges.

 

Candidates with previous customer service, call center, or travel industry experience preferred but not required for this position.

? High school diploma required/College degree preferred

 

Responsibilities of the position include:

 

? Book reservations on a web-based operating system

? Communicate travel instructions to a worldwide vendor network

? Track commercial and private aircraft flights and relay updates to the vendor network

? Manage inbound calls

? Troubleshoot issues during faced paced times

? Solve client issues quickly and professionally

 

The compensation opportunity is as follows:

 

- Compensation package from $30K, plus benefits and incentives, commensurate with experience and long term growth potential

- Eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits program including medical, vision, dental insurance, and 401K
