Operations Associate

 

Primary responsibilities includes (but not limited to):

 Processing and activating new accounts Back office operations and transactions (withdrawals, transfers, etc) Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks) Customer service and correspondence (phone, live person chat, emails)

 

Qualifications:Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)Computer literate - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (word/excel) and Internet. Adobe Acrobat a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior customer service skills Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision Able to maintain confidentiality Determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion Team player Flexible and able to work day, evening, or midnight shifts Special consideration for people who speak Foreign Languages: Arabic, Japanese, Spanish, and French speakers in high demand
