Operations Director

My client needs an operations director to manage their business solutions group. They have a strong client base (made up primarily of Fortune 50 companies) and a good reputation. Their sales doubled last year, as well as the year before. This is a stable growing company with a unique niche and unlike most outsourcers, they are continuing to expand in the US. Their client base is made up primarily of Fortune 50 companies.

They do both inbound and outbound work, and need someone with experience in both. They are an outsourced call center operation and are looking for a Director with outsourced call center operations management experience.

We are searching for an individual with the following qualifications:

? Successful call center management experience
? Proven ability to manage 150 seats
? Outbound call center management experience
? Dialer management experience
? List management experience
? 5 plus years call center operations management experience
