Operations Manager

MUST HAVE THREE TO FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT PREFERRED .

Key Objectives:

? Effectively facilitate, coordinate and manage the development and implementation of the client program. Coordinate, monitor and track deliverables, and lead by example to assure legendary service delivery to the client?s company and marketing group(s).

? Leadership of over 100 staff and employees including Team Managers.

? Act as client role model/advocate

? Work closely with the Quality Assurance Department to ensure that all telephone representatives are monitored appropriately and feedback is given as required.

? Provide input and feedback on incentive programs.
