Under minimal direction, the Operations Project Manager (OPM) in Fidelity Human Resources Services Company (FHRS) is responsible for the following:

 

?  Overall project management of Year-End activities for assigned client(s) for all internal and external deliverables. Providing & updating Client Service Manager (CSM), other members of internal client team and client on key dates for assigned clients.

?  Project management of client-specific or multi-client projects for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the operational function and efficiency of FHRS, and in support of profitable and superior client service delivery.

?Continual review and prioritization of all assigned projects with management and key stakeholders, and communication of priorities to the expanded project team.

?Participating in and recommending business process improvements.

?Define project deliverables and assign tasks to team resources. Negotiate and coordinate activities of the project resources to ensure the success of the project.

?Create or modify and maintain project plans to address operational issues and make recommendations for changes.

?Ensure standardization and consistency in the execution of the project management function according to the procedures and methodology employed by the FHRS organization.

?Partner with the Project Analysts and other Operations leads on all projects, exercising a team approach to the execution of project deliverables and tasks, according to the prescribed process.



?BS or BA preferred

?5+ years work experience in project management and/or business systems analyst roles.

?Proven track record of working effectively in a flexible work environment with a results-oriented approach

?Project Management Professional certification desired

?Client management experience desired

?Human Resources and Payroll administration outsourcing or relevant experience desired

?Strong influencing, negotiation, oral/written communication and presentation skills

?Ability to manage multiple, competing projects and initiatives and allocate resources/time effectively

?Ability to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events while assisting in the management of customer expectations

?Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and a quantitative/business approach to problem solving.

?Demonstrate strong organizational, project management and leadership skills.

?Project Management skills that include FSDM or other formal methodology for software development management desirable but not required.

?  Adaptability to change

?Work with the management team on various projects and assume additional responsibilities as needed.

?Work independently and in a team environment
