JOB SUMMARY


Provide exceptional customer service primarily through written correspondence and account processing. This will include receiving and/or resolving a comprehensive variety of customer requests regarding their accounts. Open and/or process paperwork for new and existing H&R Block Express Accounts. Enter, process and/or resolve Express product exceptions through various processing systems. Process and respond to a wide array of client written and verbal requests and inquiries, including reconciliation of customer accounts.


Minimum Requirements
Bachelor?s degree from accredited institution or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A writing test will be administered.
Minimum of 6 months experience in financial services, preferable in a call center or operations environment.
Internal candidates must demonstrate proficiency in all Express products processing, should be in their current position for at least 90 days and be on pace to meet expectations in regards to performance management and the CSO Attendance/Late Arrival Policy.
Internal candidates must demonstrate proficiency in all operating systems related to the position, i.e., Recon, Clarify, Beta, LaserFiche, etc.
Ability to perform under stress in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapts to change.
Must demonstrate excellent research skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
Ability to pass assessments to demonstrate excellent computer skills, especially proficient with Microsoft Windows and Word.

Bilingual in Spanish
