Duties: 

Operator II’s provide assistance to callers requesting telephone listings. May be required to handle calls from Verizon Wireless customers (and other wireless providers), which could include providing additional information on horoscopes, movies, restaurants, weather and sports.  Must meet mandatory office objectives including call-handling times and customer courtesy.

Hours of Operation: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days per week (shifts vary)

Required: You must be available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and split shifts such as half tour in the morning and a half tour in the evening.  During high periods of high call volume, you may be required to work a 6-day week Excellent telephone etiquette with good verbal skills Ability to spell correctly and good data entry skills

Desired: Previous customer contact experience communicating directly with customers and providing assistance over the phone or in person

Qualified candidates must pass all appropriate tests, a pre-employment drug screen, and a background check.  Candidates must have no limitations which would prohibit them from performing all essential functions of the job.
