Ops Support Rep

The OSR (Operations Support Representative) position is a customer facing position within the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, with responsibility for providing direct first level support to Managed Services customers. Including but not limited to; change request, tier one technical support, problem identification and resolution. This includes handling both customer issues as well as Mercury backend infrastructure (Servers and networks) issues. The NOC is a 7x24 operation requiring the ability of the OSRs to work different shifts (7am-4pm, 3pm-midnight, & 11pm to 8am) as needed to meet the business requirements.

Background in Customer Service highly desired with a degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
