Orascoptic - Customer Service Representative (Middleton) - (AH10588)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Support the clerical functions needed for processing an accurate order or customer request.
-Process/enter orders into the business system accurately.
-Enter all customers into ACT in a timely manner.
-Process customer requests, investigate problems/complaints and resolve in a timely manner.
-Enter and process phone orders according to approved procedures.
-Support outside sales representatives with customer service related matters.
-Complete special projects as assigned by Customer Service Supervisor.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Qualified candidates are required to possess an Associate degree and 3-5 years experience in a customer service role or equivalent.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

-Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
-Must be proficient in both order processing, customer service, and phone skills
-Must be proficient in conflict resolution skills.
-Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
