Responsibilities:


Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders into SAP system. Facilitates resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order/invoice process. Work closely with Sales group for pricing quote verification. Supports shop ith inventoryresearch and work orders. Handles special projects as assigned. Works under direct supervison with managers to handle day to day administration of policies and programs covering areas which may include recruiting, compensation and benifits, training, employee and labor relation, and personnel research. Does not have policy development authority. May participate in cross - divisional HR teams. Handles special projects, as assigned.





Skill Requirements:


Problem-solving skills. Familiar with order entry software and processes. Knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field. Good communication and interpersonal skills.





Education/Experience:


Basic knowledge of benifit programs. High school dipoloma or equivalent. 3+ years experience in benefits. Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of human resource field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player. SAP experience a plus
