Order Entry and/or Billing Specialist

The Corporate Offices of Herff Jones, Inc. has an immediate opening in the College Division for an Order Entry and/or Billing Specialist.



 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma with some college preferred;Accounting background preferred;Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail a must;Strong mathematical aptitude;Good working knowledge of office administration skills such as typing, filing, calculator and PC;Ability to operate PC (Word,  Excel, Outlook, Peoplesoft);Good written and oral communication skills with all level of customers, internal and external.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Process daily factory orders and related paperworkMaintain proper work flow to meet production deadlinesFiling of daily paperworkBilling of orders dailyReceive and log daily items being returned and shippedMaintain various computer logs for product receipts, tracking and shipments.Cross train department co-workersMaintain strong communication and working relationship with others within department.Other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION:High school diploma required;College course work or 2 years work experience preferred
