Order Management Specialist

Initial Training in Las Vegas, NV office for first 4 - 5 weeks.

Responsible for successful order management. The Order Management Specialist (OMS) is assigned a territory. The OMS? responsibility is to ensure orders are put in the system in a timely manner, managing them throughout the process to ensure orders are then delivered to the customer and closed in the system in a timely manner. They are the so-called ?Manager of the Order?. They will direct the various departments on customer requirements, timing and be the central point for issue resolution, unless otherwise noted.

Qualifications Required
Experience
4+ years business experience.
Administration, project management and/or support.
Customer Service One to three years related experience and/or training.

Skills and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales orders (various types), configuration forms and procedures.
Ability to manage numerous orders.
Attention to detail; ability to manage deadlines
Ability to work with individuals to solve problems
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of corporate personnel, internal and external.
Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office.
Oracle experience preferred.
Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or suppliers (internal & external).
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to configure gaming devices to suit customer needs
Must be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as job requirements may change.

Responsibilities
Initiates sales order needs from sales representatives to determine needs of customer including standard products, non-standard products, parts, upcharges, etc..to Order Management Administrator (OMA).
Coordinates the set-up of new customers by filling out & distributing documents with all departments necessary so that Account Executives may sell products to new casinos.
Ensures changes to existing casinos are set-up, so that future and existing order management is successful.
Communicates with various departments to follow-up on new and current orders.
Corresponds with sales representative(s) to inform of production dates, installation and compliance progress.
Coordinates with Install Coordinator and Shipping Regulations Specialist in order to notify and schedule installation of gaming devices.
Communicates with sales representatives and customers any pending issues by phone or via email to ensure exceptional customer service to the customer.
Responsible for fostering positive relations with key customer contacts and personnel (internal & external).
Serve as point of contact for internal departments in matters relating to the orders, except where OMA?s are assigned.
Responsible for revisions to the orders as directed by external customers and sales reps.
Serves as a liaison for sales with accounting, production, shipping, compliance, CMD, Operations and Participation to ensure fulfillment of obligations by factory, unless otherwise noted.
Updates Oracle daily to ensure order information is accurate so reporting can be done accurately. This will allow the Sales Operations group to run necessary reports for tracking of orders.
