Outbound Customer Service Reps

Outbound calling to shareholders to ensure they received a mailing with information on proxy votes

·        Update database during/after each call

·        Customer Service experience preferred

·        Strong oral and written communication skills

·        Must be able to articulate and able to handle high volume telephone contact

·        Serves as the initial contact person for general questions, you will be provided with a script/guide with frequently asked questions

 

Position Information:

·        Shifts Available

Evenings: Monday–Thursday 5:30pm-11pm/Saturday 12pm-6pm

Days: Monday-Friday 11am-5pm

·        2 Week Paid Training Program

·        $13/hour

·        Requires Passing of Drug Test and Background Investigation prior to start

·        Must have perfect attendance for scheduled shifts!
