Outside Customer Service Rep
Sonitrol of Southern Nevada, the industry leader in verified intrusion alarm systems has an immediate opening for a professional, motivated Outside Customer Service Representative in our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate and relate effectively with customers and other team members.
The position involves:
- Scheduling and performing retention calls on current customers
- Training customer in the use of our intrusion and access control products
- Solutions centered with customers and tracking their concerns and needs
- Entering customer information in Sales Force.com
- Completing special projects as required
- Guiding customers through their installation process
Please note: Visiting clients to perform many of the job functions requires dependable transportation.
