Responsibilities Include: The position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) focuses on quality service and the development of the skills necessary to perform a variety of counter transactions and sales related duties, as well as certain leadership responsibilities.  You will display increased proficiency in each of the Key Performance Activities: Quality Service, Productivity, and Risk Management.  CSR?s are expected to complete a prescribed course of training to enhance product skills and professional interrelationships.  You will exercise judgment and discretion in the completion of daily tasks and interaction with customers.  You will partner with your work supervisor to ensure that you are prepared to work efficiently and effectively.  CSR?s are expected to perform the role of ?Buddy? for newly hired employees when so assigned.  Participation in the branch Risk Management Program and responsibility for negotiable items in your control is required.  You will be expected to take every opportunity to exceed the expectations of both our internal and external customers.  Therefore, our mutual expectation is that customers and fellow employees will feel well served in every transaction and interaction with you. 

 

Requirements Include:  Candidate possesses good written, verbal, and electronic (telephone and mail) communication skills.  Ability to present a professional image, work with the public and co-workers in a diplomatic and positive manner, and plan and organize tasks and the workstation.  In addition, a CSR must possess the hand-eye coordination to effectively handle cash and operate a typewriter (by sight), teller terminal, teller machine, ten-key (by sight), and full key adding machine.  Approximately 18 months of recent cash handling or direct teller experience is preferred.

***Shift hours:  Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am to 2:00pm; Friday: 1:30 to 6:30 pm; Saturday: 8:30 to 1:30pm***
