PARTICIPANT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (IN-BOUND CALL CENTER)

Job Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls from COBRA and/or FSA participants in order to answer questions related to their coverage, payments and administration. Maintain a high level of customer service while maintaining a high number of incoming calls and an average speed per call consistent with the participant needs.

Job Requirements:
Must possess strong customer service experience in a call center atmosphere. Must have proper telephone etiquette and have an ability to remain calm under high-pressure telephone situations. Must be familiar with Windows environment including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of COBRA law is preferred.
