CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE PARTS COORDINATOR
Deliver quality customer service with a sense of urgency in a team environment with solid oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker, posing excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills, able to take initiative, not afraid to take risk and learn from mistakes. Utilize all systems including CISCO phone system, Siebel, and Microsoft Office applications. Mechanically inclined with logistics supply chain management, military, or auto parts experience a plus, but not mandatory. This disciplined candidate is looking for a long-term career with a quality employer.

Must have a 2-4 year college degree; starting pay $12 per hour, criminal background checks, drug test, and pre-employment computer assessments required.
