PBX Operator’s - 2nd & 3rd shifts - DOWNTOWN DALLAS

Kelly Services is hiring for experienced PBX Operator?s for 2nd and 3rd shifts to work in downtown Dallas. Interested applicants should possess a minimum of 1-2 years direct experience as a PBX Operator or 911 Operator in a Medical or Emergency facility.  This position is the main PBX Operator for the entire hospital. You will have contact with the public, hospital personnel, medical staff and patients. 

 
Candidates must be flexible - will train on 1st shift then will work either 2nd or 3rd shift.
Qualified candidates should be able to answer incoming calls within 2-3 rings and perform overhead paging.
Able to receive and process oral and written communication under stressful  situations.

 

EXAMPLE OF SHIFT SCHEDULE

Second Shift:

2:30pm-11:00pm  rotating weekends off (Thursday/Friday week 1 and Saturday/Sunday week 2)

 

Third Shift:

7:30pm-6:00am Monday-Thursday

Or

5:30pm-6:00am Saturday-Sunday
