JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conduct quality control reviews and monitor productivity of staff.
-Delegate assignments to the Data Base Analysts, prioritize work load and provide direction as needed.
-Perform quality checks on the Enrollment data in Genelco, MEA and other internal and external systems.
-Monitor staffing levels to ensure we are meeting contractual and internal standards with regard to the loading of electronic files into Genelco.
-Resolve any issues with the electronic school files with the Sales Department and client contacts.
-Maintain data tables and update Access queries and reports as business needs evolve.
-Identify opportunities for improvement and create process efficiencies when possible.
-Serve as the department representative for Enrollment systems issues with internal departments and external clients.
-Create and execute test plans for Enrollment system changes.
-Work with the Sales Department and client contacts in the testing of sample files from new and existing accounts.
-Train and update internal departments on Enrollment processes and procedures.
-Monitor turn around times for the loading of VE enrollments as well as other vendor uploads.
-Update and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures and manuals.
-Design, run and distribute various scheduled reports and ad hoc requests.

-Ability to function as a member of a team.
-Familiarity with The Chickering Group s enrollment and eligibility functions a plus
