Part Time Customer Service Rep / Dispatch

Supports service operations and provides good customer relations by scheduling service technicians to achieve maximum efficiency and minimal unapplied time.

Duties: (including but are not limited to)
? Plans the work day and manages the time of service technicians; remains knowledgeable of skill levels of technicians to properly execute duties of the job.
? Communicates with service technicians via telephone, paging system or radio to answer inquiries and provide information.
? Receives incoming telephone calls from customers and answers basic questions; uses call scripts when required. Proper phone etiquette is a must.
? Dispatches service to appropriate technician using proper radio and dispatch codes based on workload, technician?s availability, technician expertise and priority of need.
? Places calls to customers to verify availability for service call; follows up on open calls.
? Notifies customers of estimated times of arrival.
? Closes out complete calls.
? Reviews time tickets, maintains technician time for payment and reports to management when travel time and unapplied labor go over targeted budget.
? Other duties as assigned.
