Part-Time Evening Collections Representatives.

AmeriCredit Financial Services is a leading independent auto finance company. We work with auto groups and banks by purchasing auto loan contracts entered into by auto dealers. Typically our customers are unable to obtain traditional financing. AmeriCredit has approximately one million customers and $11 billion in managed auto receivables.

 

 Duties:
Work with auto loan customers whose accounts are 5-45 days past due
Be able to locate and contact customers.
Be willing to protect company and customer information by remaining confidential.
Accomplish company mission by achieving results and working together as a team.

 

Preferred Skills:
Previous auto loan collection experience
Excellent documentation skills
Organized and objective
Able to keep customer information confidential
Demonstrate verbal/telephone skills
Be able to handle and resolve conflict
Deadline oriented/results driven
Abide by laws and legal compliance

 

Part-Evening Schedule:
Every Monday through Thursday: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.*
Every Friday: Off
Every Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
