Part-Time Outbound Customer Service Representative

West Valley Financial Institution is seeking eight individuals for a part-time outbound sales position. Sales Consultants will be expected to: Meet and exceed monthly individual sales goals established by management; Close sales for home equity product request submitted through company's website; Maintain and manage a pipeline of existing home equity applicants; Answer customer service related calls when required; Gain the final commitment from the client to proceed with the loan or line product and cross sell additional products based on needs.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
Candidates interested in this position are required to have one or more years prior work experience in a sales position. Intermediate/Advance knowledge of computer systems (ACAPS) and knowledge of the credit policy is a must. Home Equity/Mortgage lending experience is a plus.
