Part-time Evening Scheduler

NIELSEN MEDIA RESEARCH:

The leader in the TV ratings business is looking for enthusiastic and
dependable individuals to play an important role in our Charlotte office
located off of Woodlawn Road and I-77.

MUST be able to start work between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm and work until 9:00 pm
Monday through Thursday. Additional hours available on Saturday. We offer
$10/hr. Bilingual skills (english/spanish) a plus. Must have personal computer
experience including Word and Outlook. Experience with Excel and Access
preferred. Customer service background and excellent communication skills in
order to support the day-to-day operations of the field office are required.
Along with confirming field rep visits and handling calls from sample
households, the part-time scheduler contacts households by telephone to inform
them that they have been selected to participate as a Nielsen Family. Nielsen
Families have monitoring equipment installed on all their TVs, VCRs, DVDs,
cable converters and satellite dishes. While no selling is involved, good
persuasive skills are required.
