Parts Counter Representative
Responsibilities include ordering parts, working closely with customers and the service department, invoicing and costing on all parts documents, receiving and putting away stock orders in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean, well-organized department. Also responsible for preparing weekly stock orders, preparing shipping and return documents, packaging whole goods, setting up showroom displays for merchandising, and timely ordering, shipping, receiving, and expediting of special orders.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED (College degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years experience with over the counter sales Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate well with the public in a fast paced service and sales environment
