Patient Account Representative

We are currently seeking self-starting, dynamic individuals to work as Patient Account Representatives in our New Castle, DE location. These highly visible positions will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, assigning payment arrangements and updating accounts.

Requirements include:

? Experienced professionals to provide patients with proper and accurate information on their specified accounts in additional to collection on outstanding account balances

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on quality customer service

? 1 ? 2 years experience in collections/customer service

? 1 year experience in an office environment

? Experience in medical and/or health care insurance is preferred

This is a full-time second shift position. The hours required are as follows:

11pm ? 9pm (Monday ? Thursday), 9am ? 1pm (Saturday)
