With our new growth, we are looking for energetic individuals to join our Patient Support Team!  Patient Support Representatives are responsible for making outbound phone calls to our patients across the country to assist them in ordering medical supplies.Patient Support Reps complete a variety of goal-oriented departmental tasks that will require adaptability, attention to detail and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESComplete outbound calls to patients, and take inbound calls as neededProcess department "To-Do's"Obtain verbal authorizations for reorder cards and create manual ordersTroubleshoot patient concerns Follow all current Medicare and Medicaid regulations and requirements to ensure continual compliance
