Payroll Customer Support Rep

The BearingPoint Shared Services Center is currently searching for Payroll Customer Support Representative to work part-time.

Location/s: Atlanta, GA (downtown) Mandatory

Performance Profile/Job Description:
Provide second tier customer support for Payroll related questions and other related Payroll tasks as requested.

This is a part-time role (20 hrs/week)

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Handle escalated employee issues concerning Payroll by providing accurate, clear, and concise answers to inquiries from agents, employees, and managers.
-Answer questions according to BearingPoint policy to minimize escalations beyond the second tier.
-Manage daily log of inbound customer service tickets.
-Analyze call center statistics and provide continuous feedback to help establish performance goals that meet/exceed business and personal goals.
-Monitor adherence to BearingPoint policies, take appropriate actions and document actions taken
-Analyze and distribute reports regarding team production and individual statistics
-Accurately complete case notes on all calls and opening cases requiring further investigation when necessary.
-Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with senior management, peers, customers, and subordinates.
-Provide back up support for Payroll Specialist activities.
-Perform other Payroll related duties or assignments as directed by Company management.

Basic Qualifications:
. Minimum 2 years working in a customer support role
. At least 1 year experience w/ PeopleSoft Payroll application(s)
. At least 1 year experience w/ Microsoft Office Suite required

Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience support a payroll environment preferred
. Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills to prioritize, and lead tasks
. Detail-oriented and the ability to work with minimal supervision
. Comfortable working with management to support organizational objectives
. Teamwork, positive attitude and mind-set
