Pearson VUE Call Center Agent-Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Electronic Assessments and Testing is a shared service organization providing customer service, test publishing, software development, quality assurance and technical support to the Pearson VUE and Pearson Assessments businesses.

Receive incoming phone calls from clients.
This includes delivering high quality service to customers, answering customer inquiries promptly, inputting accurate customer information into the database, working as part of a team to insure all questions are answered, and promoting client programs and products.
Make outbound calls to resolve and/or follow up with customers.
Assist in training new customer service agents when needed.
Assist with other projects as they are assigned.
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish in both oral and written communication forms.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months customer service experience.
Call center experience preferred.
