Personal Assistance Liaison

The Personal Assistance Liaison will enhance customer service and build member loyalty through one-to-one interactions with members, by providing a consistent point of contact, and by conducting proactive calls to all members throughout the year. 

 

Responsibilities:

-  Serve as the primary point of contact for members assigned. 

-  Make proactive telephone calls to members to include at least one of the following types of calls per member in every 12 month period: birthday, service status, or welcome call (to new members).

-  Receive and respond to incoming calls and written correspondence from members.

-  Develop a personal relationship with members through information shared during contact opportunities.

-  Participate in departmental research groups charged with the responsibility to resolve enrollment, claims, PCP, and referral issues. 

-  Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements include:

  -  Exceptional interpersonal skills

-  Strong verbal and written communication skills: customer focused, active listener, articulate and adaptable communicator

-  1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

-  Willingness to be a team player

-  Strong problem solving and decision making skills

-  Computer proficiency ( Word, Windows, Outlook)

-  College degree

-  Knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance preferred
