Requirements:

In this position, you will receive and place telephone calls regarding customer banking questions or inquiries. You will navigate a computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting, as well as assess customer needs, suggest/promote suitable products and refer to appropriate area.

Previous PC experience navigating in a Windows environment and using multiple applications is required. High school diploma (or equivalent) and proven written/verbal communication and reading comprehension skills are necessary. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced phone environment, analyze problems quickly, lead conversations toward logical conclusions and clearly define solutions for customers is a must. Basic Internet skills and scheduling flexibility are also required. Must have strong attention-to-detail with strong documentation and follow-up skills. Six months in one position with customer service or sales experience preferred. In this position you may take advantage of our competitive benefits that include paid seven-week training, quarterly incentives and possible shift differentials. Hours for these positions are Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
