Plan Technical Support Representative

Emjay Retirement Services, A Great-West Company, is currently seeking a Plan Technical Support Representative to support the Plan Service Center application for all internal and external Financial Services customers.

In addition to the support, you will also instruct the Financial Services clients on the uses and capabilities of the Plan Service Center and offer support to the clients in regard to logging into the system, transference of electronic payroll files, inputting of participant data, and online processing of payroll contributions.

Leading candidates will be able to:
- Provide support to operational areas by implementing projects and providing on-going customer support.
- Support the internal customers regarding the receipt of cash files, the layout of cash files from external clients, and maintain accuracy of files for cash processing.
- Provide exceptional customer support via the call center and /or written communication.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Associates degree or equivalent related experience
- 1-2 years experience in a technical or customer service helpline role
- Demonstrated customer services skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft operating systems is helpful
- Financial industry knowledge is very helpful
- Basic working knowledge of ISIS is preferred
