Senior Processing Representatives in Back Office Branch process bank transactions through entries to general ledgers and/or accounts. They open, close and maintain internal accounts and perform various support functions. This support is provided to internal departments and is much like the postings made in a branch with the exception that the transactions are made through general ledgers, and not with cash.



2 years of work experience in a retail branch or retail back office environment
2 years of data entry experience
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Ten key by touch
Above average verbal communication skills
At least 1 year of computer experience to include toggling between multiple computer applications to research/retrieve data is required
Basic clerical skills, including the ability to read/write sufficiently to file, retrieve, proof, and edit routine office correspondence, reports, and forms is required
Proficient in MS Word, Excell and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Visio strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment
