Job Description

Philips is seeking a Product Support Representative to provide technical support for our CT products. This position is based in our Atlanta office. Responsibilities include:

? Provides telephone and remote technical support to external and internal customers
? Offers clarification for customer requests and /or problems
? Escalates customer satisfaction and product issues to either Tier 2 support or management
? Performs complete and accurate entry of data in the customer database
? Performs call monitoring to ensure customers' needs are met
? Takes a proactive role in personally owning the customer support experience

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following:

? Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
? Excellent customer service skills
? Capable of troubleshooting network and PC-based technical problems
? Basic level of experience with electronic circuit boards and processors
? Ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands and prioritizes work under supervision
? Good organizational and time management skills
? Typing speed of greater than 35 words-per-minute required
? Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications
