Product Support Specialist - Livermore, CA (#06451)

We are currently seeking a Product Support Specialist for our Livermore, CA location. This position will take calls on Activant Eagle applications in a fast paced call center environment. Eagle applications are preferred and a call center background is required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task call center responsibilities and projects as assigned. Must possess strong technical skills and display a positive attitude in a team environment. Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical ability, strong decision, and willingness to support changing department initiatives. Networking, UNIX and Accounting skills helpful. Fluent in Windows as well as Outlook email. Previous experience in an ACD environment preferred.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

o Position requires flexibility in scheduling to work a range of shifts that cover from 4am - 8pm Mon-Fri, 5am - 4pm Saturdays and 6am - 4pm Sundays and Holidays
o Must possess strong technical skills and display a positive attitude in a team environment

Education & Experience:

o BS/BA in computer science or equivalent work experience in an Advice Line call center environment
o Self-starter who is flexible with a desire to learn and lead
o Posses UNIX, PC & Networking experience including Windows 2000, XP, Outlook and Accounting skills
o Bilingual in Spanish a plus
